Let’s press pause on life for a weekend and allow ourselves to re-connect with our body, mind and soul. This retreat will allow you to unwind, relax and focus on your health and wellbeing.

Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Lincolnshire is the beautiful Purusha Retreats, a handcrafted venue offering luxury accommodation and the perfect place to connect and rejuvenate. You will enjoy restorative and gentle yoga sessions, take part in fun and hands on cooking classes and reawaken your creative side with a pottery taster session. There will be plenty of free time to enjoy your surroundings and take a dip in your wood fired hot tubs. If that’s not enough there will also be flower crown making, delicious seasonal vegetarian food and live music around the firepit.

Holly’s Garden Kitchen -  Hello! I’m Holly and will be guiding you through your weekend as well as cooking your delicious food and leading the cooking classes. Food has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I’ve now been running my business for almost 5 years. I’ve cooked at so many retreats that it’s about time I ran one of my own. I love to cook with the seasons and grow my own fruit and veggies to use wherever possible (our kitchen garden is just 5 minutes from Purusha)! My aim is to inspire you to want to get creative in the kitchen and cook up delicious nourishing food for yourself, family and friends.

Sophie Olivant Ceramics – Sophie will be running our pottery taster session on the retreat. She is incredibly talented and aims to create an environment for creativity and play without expectation. Her inspiration for her small batch, slow build ceramics comes from her travels and love of the ocean. You’ll be enjoying an afternoon workshop and finish with a custom-made piece to take home and cherish forever.

Julie Nelstrop Yoga – A yoga teacher since 2010, Julie runs local weekly classes in Lincolnshire. Through practicing yoga with different teachers, and attending many workshops, she has now settled on a style of yoga inspired by the late Vanda Scaravelli. This intelligent and sensitive yoga practice teaches us how to become more grounded, more flexible and more comfortable in our bodies. This more mindful way of practicing means we are guided more by what we feel, and less by what we think – our busy minds can take a much-needed rest!
