  • Do you take a deposit?
    Yes, for larger events, we require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The date you’ve enquired about isn’t yours until this is paid.
  • How far in advance should I book you?
    For weekend events, such as retreats, festivals and weddings, we start getting bookings a year in advance. So, if you’re thinking about booking us, get in touch now! For cakes, lunches, mid-week catering and smaller events, we like at least a month’s notice, but the sooner, the better to ensure you get your desired date.
  • Can you cater for all allergies and dietary requirements?
    Even though we can exclude certain ingredients from our dishes, e.g. nuts/gluten/dairy, we can never guarantee our food is free from anything as we handle all allergens in our kitchen.
  • Is there a minimum number you cater for on retreats?
    Yes our minimum is 12 people to cater for. If you don’t reach this number you will still be required to pay for 12.
  • Do you offer a refund if I cancel my booking?
    No, I’m afraid not. We take a deposit to save that date especially for you. We can sometimes be lenient if someone else would like that date and is holding an event a similar size to yours.
